Anyone here from Spain? should I use Coinbase Pro or Kraken?

I don't trust Binance. Banks probably instantly freeze your account if you send money to China. I've already heard histories of people getting their accounts frozen with Coinbase and Kraken so im not risking anything more exotic than those two.

Im only interested in Bitcoin so I don't care how many shitcoins happen to be listed there.

Neither, you should use coinmetro.com
It is the best exchange for europeans. It is the only one I use after CB pro raised the fees and started to harass me about tax number. Coinmetro has very low fees and live chat support

If you are intending to trade or maybe invest early in any shitcoin go Binance. That's where I bought most of my Linkies before they were listed in Coinbase.
If you only intend to buy some of the established tokens and hold (BTC, LTC, ETH, LINK, etc) go coinbase.

Never under any circumstances open an account in BitMex or any of these small and "decentralized" exchanges.

What are the fees vs Coinbase Pro and Kraken and why would I have to trust those guys as being safer than the other 2 ones.

Also, liquidity seems very low? look a this volume:

Kraken is good as a fiat gateway, i have never experienced any problem with withdrawing money.
Don't know if they support credit card deposits, as i use wire transfer - coinbase do support credit card deposits, so that makes it easier to use.

also, i recommend not trading on either of the two exchanges, coinbase has abysmal fees and Kraken gives you error codes 50% of the time you try and place an order. Better to move your funds to Binance or the likes.

Why Coinbase and not Kraken? And who the fuck would use Coinbase and now Coinbase Pro?

Where are you from?

Im not interested in shitcoins. There's no point in any of them. BTC is like an huge index for the rest. For every idiot that makes money holding some shitcoin there's 10000's that lose it. Congrats on anyone that did help LINK tho, that's fucking hilarious.

Where are you from?

The problem with Binance is that im sure it presents a problem hen you are trying to get your fiat back to your bank. Imagine having a lot of money coming from some chink account.

With Cuckbase and Kraken at least im within EU borders.

Also, careful with moving funds between exchanges, because all exchanges are using chainalysis now and they are blocking transactions, so im not really looking forward to move my crypto out of the exchange beyond into an address I control and then send it back to sell.

Im waiting for a nice pullback before I buy anyway so I have time. All the idiots thinking the halving will make it go to the moon will learn about what selling the news is, and that's where smart money buys and waits until 100k.

Denmark.
you are not suppose to use Binance for fiat, you buy BTC or whatever on Kraken or Coinbase and then move it to Binance (if you want to trade and/or diversify into obscure alts). When you "cash out" then you transfer your BTC from binance to Kraken/coinbase and move it to your bank account.

0.1% trading fees. you can get up to 25% of fees back in xcm (if you just lock some XCM). 100% of fees are used to buy xcm from the book, so buying XCM as an investment is a good idea. up to 50% maker bonus (so you get 50% of the fees paid from the taker)

CoinMetro is a regulated EU exchange with fiat ramps and should cover any trading needs, except the lack of altcoins (coming more soon).
margin trading, trade mirroring etc.

coinbase is for cucks
kraken is good. If you're just looking for trading then you could use kraken or coinmetro. doesn't matter. if you're looking for some low mcap token, then the coinmetro token - xcm.

Daily volume is like 300k right now, they have market makers for the main few coins(BTC,ETH, LTC etc.)

Granted it's only starting up but it's really easy to transfer your funds to the exchange and back to your card. I think if you use a bank transfer the fee is around 3 percent. I'm not quite sure I just know that my monthly 200 eur deposits have like a 1 eur fee each time. When you are trading though the fee is around 0.1 %

The other guy already answered most of your questions. Coinmetro is regulated in Estonia and has the same banking partner as coinbase, volume is not huge yet but market makers ensure you can trade. Unlike other exchanges where you need to make a support ticket and wait for days or weeks to get a reply if you have issues, coinmetro has the live support than answers pretty much immediately, and you can go to their telegram and the CEO will reply to even the dumbest questions that you ask

Im not interested in altcoins, any of them. Im not going to trade because trading is a scam. I want to buy at what I would consider decent entry points and hold for a good couple of years and trade the entire BTC cycles. Also by not trading I create less operations thus less headache for taxes (and cheaper because I will give this shit to my accountant as I can't do taxes, too complex)

In Kraken the fees are pic related. I don't think I will break 50k monthly volume so that's 0.26% for buying and 0.16% for selling. I think im going to stick to Kraken because im paranoid the fucktards at the bank are going to refuse to aknowledge the bank deposit address or give me any other shit.
>>17206782
What do they ask you to verify your account? And why does a CEO do helpdesk work?

>>17206391
Like I said before, chainalysis is a thing. Who knows if during exchange to exchange BTC transaction they detect that "your BTC is of suspicious origin" and they block your funds. This is going on right now, look it up. They are blocking people's transactions for bullshit reasons. So I would avoid exchange to exchange transactions.

There are different tiers, for tier 1 I guess it is just ID and then tier 2 further verification. Basic kyc/aml stuff.

No he doesn't do helpdesk work I worded that wrong. I meant he is based and actually responds to the memes. See pic related, Kevin is the CEO. He also does weekly AMAs on youtube
