I mentioned the market as an important benchmark and threw out a few numbers but the person seemed really put off by the fact that they couldn't expect to easily double their account every year. But do the math on these seemingly modest gains over the course of your investing horizon and, again, most normalfags would be quite surprised. Volume price trend (VPT). I like this indicator quite a bit. It can be helpful in certain cases where my usual suite of garbage doesn't work with whatever the stock's weirdo price action in. My normal stuff can do normal price action. VPT, on the other hand, is sometimes useful on hype memes. I suspect this is because it's way more reactive to volume, by design, than jerks around on the trading range. For instance, if a big red sell off candle has weak volume behind it, the VPT will tell you to hold. Useful.

Go on tradingview, bring up indicator menu, search "VPT", select Super trend VPT from the list. That's the version I prefer as it's a candle overlay rather than below chart thing.

It's a volume based indicator. For that reason, if volume isn't high enough to flip its buy/sell switch it will continue to indicate a hold. This happens mostly on a violent upwards move followed by a day of selling that gives away majority of the previous gains. In these cases I usually get stopped out rather than selling on a sell signal from the indicator as I prefer to secure at least partial gains on those big green candles, then buy back in after once things settle out more clearly.

I work in the oil and gas industry, the answer is fuck no unless they find some new high use for it the price will stay under 2 dollars and maybe even fall further. Currently at least in the Appalachia mountains they are flairing to get more condensate and oil. Just burning it in open air. Current NG price is mostly pipeline cost. Yeah true Snapchat is already changing to generate more income from there platform. You have to watch so much of the ad with a countdown before you can skip. When before you could skip right over the ad or choose to watch it. I look for Snapchat to start packing more ads in between stories, subscriptions and now every snap you do with your fiends or so often then eventually making them forcing you to watch so much too. Either way the big growing user base is a good sign. So hopefully they find a balance in generating profits and not losing users from annoying them off by ads. So it's pretty safe to say that Snapchat should have a realistic market cap of $50-60b which would land them between $35-40 a share. But again, they have work to do in order to increase revenue.. but one beat and they will blast up because they finally proved that can be profitable.. just like Tesla did earlier.

You have to buy biotech with upcoming catalysts but preselect and kick out the garbage.
Depends on the kind of drug, field, breakthrough or not, cash status.
