I am having trouble buying UND on Bitforex,

I am very confused on the UI and mechanics of the 'spot' tab.

I am a complete newbie to this just trading on coinbase that's it.

Can someone guide me through a transaction for UND on spot?

>>17196963
Just like any other exchange, 'spot' is either a market / limit buy and sell. Market buy buys an amount you want, and will go as high (price wise) as it needs to get it. Limit would 'limit' your buying price to a certain amount.

In UND's case, it's a low marketcap project, so you have two options :

1.) Market buy and take a % hit (normal for low caps is 10-50% depending on how much you're buying and how strongly you believe it will continue up)

2.) Limit order, and wait.

Unification is about to have a main net + a shitload of catalyst, and got over-bear-fucked. Bots run rampant on Bitforex, and unless you market buy, you will probably not get filled unless a big dump happens. I suggest you buy half the bag you want, then put a higher limit order for the remainder, just in case.

Good luck.

spot just means the normal market.

"The spot market or cash market is a public financial market in which financial instruments or commodities are traded for immediate delivery. It contrasts with a futures market, in which delivery is due at a later date."

To execute a limit order at market price. Click on the smallest ask. (red side of the order book on the right side) and then click buy. That will get you the best price for the quantity available at that asking price.

Spot is the most common type of market. Just be sure if you are going to buy a large amount, that you don't pay more than you intend to via checking the price of your market order.

It's not that bad, and honestly, if you are playing around with small amounts of money, it's almost worth making a mistake so you can learn in the future when you may be playing with large amounts of money. GL mate.

T. UND holder.

You'd better not market buy and keep the price from falling to 0.00007345 ETH for even longer.

I can't take it.

I just realized you had to transfer into your spot account from your assets wallet, which makes sense why I kept getting errors.

Thanks for the help anon.

I just made a transaction and am now holding UND.

I am still confused about some parts of the UI, and concepts. I believe I am overcomplicating things in my head because of all the numbers which I am exposed too.

For example, The order book has a red numbered ledger, and a green numbered ledger, but I have no Idea what these numbers actually mean.

Few know about / understand UND outside of a core group of nerds. By the time Main Net flourishes, twitter and new money will be buying at 10 cents. This is where the fun begins, and you're hearing it on 4chan first.

No worries. A few exchanges are moving over to this model where they keep your assets in a different wallet (they don't) so you might deal with it in the future. Typically, the red ledger (order book) is asks, or the sell side. And the green is bids, or the buy side.

You'll figure it out. Don't sell too early. This is the most 2017-like thread I've seen in a while. You probably have a good entry desu.

Bitforrex is an interesting place -They actually were Binance before Binance, but didn't have the Canada out that CZ had and shut down after the china crypto ban.

The team got back together a year later and started from scratch
but it was already a bit behind to be a new entrant into a market

Nevertheless, they are a solid exchange and decent home for UND for now so we need to figure out how to deal with their
lost in translation instructions.

That being said, there is no KYC which is fucking golden
and they always withdraw fast and on time.

It's ok to trade UND and other moonponies on there for now
and accumulate because from what I have been told (by the same people that told me LTO was getting listed on Binance two weeks before it did) is that UND will launch Main-net and list on Binance at the same time - so you heard it here first frens.

This and pnk are my big shitcoin holders but jfc und is infuriating to buy. Once I got to 100k I was done the limit orders take forever and market buying is retarded because you’ll spend all over the price range and moon the hell out of it and you’ll have to keep doing it just to get a decent stack

Market buying is fine as long as you don't care about selling instantly. I almost always market buy even on other alts. The only time I bid is if I want to put support up.
