WAVES is LPoS so when you lease your tokens to a regular node you can get up to 100% of the reward.

Now Neutrino USD-N is backed by WAVES. So when you create USD-N, you send WAVES to the smart contract.

That smart contract then stakes the WAVES. BUT it only pays out the reward to those that choose to stake their USD-N. Now not everyone is staking their USD-N, so the reward from all the WAVES staked gives the USD-N stakers a higher return.
