Not a huge surprise, but mainly get rich quick BS, bitcoin, forex trading, etc. hardly a surprise.

You guys shouldn't automatically assume people with jobs are losers either. Plenty of people got rich working a regular job by investing sensibly on the side, not saving 10k working at Walmart then dumping it into EURUSD at 50:1 leverage.

I'm new to this board but will be contributing some non-shitty business and investment ideas.

Why is this board fraught with lazy, foolish idiots? No matter what aspect of business there is to discuss here, people are only interested in the perverted, short-cut version. Investing? Daytrading, flavour of the day memecoins and forex. Running a small business? Affiliate marketing and ""passive income"". Financial research and study? Trashy self-help books.

The few able who bestow some genuine advice or knowledge in a thread are called a wage-cucks or a grandpa investors.

How do we fix /biz/?

I agree with both of these.

Also I noticed a lot of users on this board are still in university and have no idea how the outside world works. I have seen many dreams crushed in the normal "wagecuck" labour market where university stars are either unemployed or working shitty fucking jobs in the middle of nowhere. This board is literally no worse than any other board.

In fact, virtually every board on this site is the exact same, the only difference is the subject material changes and the ebin maymays are slightly different.

List of the other boards I visit
>/diy/
Everyone on this board treats it like an "ask a professional" board. Very few people contribute professional knowledge and too many retarded threads

Everyone says to go to other forums if you want plumbing/welding/electrical/hvac help.

>/ck/
Basically a meme board. Literally 75% of the threads are about fast food or pizza.

Everyone says to go to real cooking forums if you're looking for real help.

>/fit/

Just scroll through the catalog and you'll see why this board is not for actual health or fitness advice.

>/g/
Literally a consumer electronics board of nothing but subreddit generals full of tripfags.
