I'm a complete noob, I want to get into online trading, I need help, I'm stuck and I don't know where to start

Thank you in advance for any help I receive with respect to my questions/requests

1. Does the broker I use have to be registered in the country I am living in, or can I use any broker internationally since I'm trading online

2. I want to do EA (expert advisor) trading, where I can download trading history for ETFs for free, I would like to do some backtesting (include sites for data for other thing like forex, etc if you know)

3. What is the best asset to trade (stocks, bonds, etfs, etc) and why?

4. What is the best course for trading you know of that good for beginners and very specific

5. Any other specific guides or information would be most appreciated
