they settle all fees with xcm, which they market buy. parts of this xcm goes to back the traders as maker bonus or rebates and the other half is vaulted for 5 years minimum. also they will establish trams, copy trading, on their platform. one tram is public and is doing very well. copy trades also get trading rebates. and all xcm trades are free of fees. if possible they will also offer margin lending, which is less risky than copy trading. altogether they added a strong basis for their utility token and also their platform in recent time. a small amount of passiv income via this platform might actually be possible in the future. compared to other projects they keep on delivering step by step. with the recent million $ funding and the almost unique CSD in the back coinmetro a candidate to become a serious contender among more established crypto exchanges now. and sign up now by using my ref to get free shit coinmetro.me

lack of users is the only reason why xcm isnt €1 yet. the relatively low voulme is because it's mostly xcm holders. new people joining, mostly because they found out about xcm.
marketing around the corner, and it's going to change - because then people joining for the platform advantages (the fee stuff, discounts, all that stuff).

need new traders too, not only xcm holders. when the first big marketing push starts and the advantages of coinmetro (really, compare it with other exchanges. pick an example) are actually marketed to traders and new-to-crypto people alike, it will pick up very quickly.
the sell side is also super small. will be a quick moon easily to 0.1-0.2. lots of profit taking. this will happen in the coming months. then a steadygrowth from the increased volume = fee conversions, and people buying XCM for locking/"investing".

that's what I expect

They will issue securities at CoinMetro, hence they will be the primary issuer. This means the volume comes to CM if listed on a secondary market. And CM volume is always connected to the XCM ecosystem. To be licensed and be an MTF and connect to a CSD - you need to be fit and proper. Not many are. Also they get first mover advantage. XCM has almost double BNB's total supply, and BNB crossed $35 in the last speculation-led bull run
I can see XCM breaking $15 in a regulation-era bull run where there will be more speculation
Also there's the planned Central Securities Depository (Ignium) that'll be strongly tied to Coinmetro
All this needs is heavy marketing to normies since it's a normie-friendly exchange
This is not something that will blow up anytime soon, though. I believe that by next year, there will be way more extended discussion about Coinmetro but strictly among crypto heads. Then 1 or 2 years after that, it'll be known outside of just crypto heads

doesnt make sense to look at it that way at this point. 0.01 was a one time opportunity in a time without much trust for coinmetro (just after launch)
at this point, 0.03 is really undervaluated.
yes, people alwyas say that.. but look at it. it's 6m marketcap for a fully working exchange with all the "difficult" stuff done. (i guess the base of the exchange, licenses, banking set up for deposits/withdrawals. money in the bank)

the only thing missing, are new users. .. and marketing hasn't begun yet. so it's no surprise there is no external hype. if anything, accumulate at this price.

although even buying 100k at this price is difficult.

>> No.17171020

Incorrect, they lost a service provider that provided them with SWIFT transfers. Their banking partner is LHV and they're due to implement SWIFT transfers once again through them soon enough, in addition to adding GBP as a fiat alternative.

The partner (called "Majestic", their website is Majestic.eu) dropped them because they considered all crypto services to be high risk and as such, shut it down.

>> No.17171107

>>17171037
Wrong. Their service provider had been pressured by its' banking partners for months regarding crypto and Coinmetro was aware of the potential problem, that's true. They didn't know when or if it would happen though, until it did.

Coinmetro was planning on changing from Majestic to LHV anyway due to cost savings

That's true, but to be fair LHV also hasn't released their self-assessment guidelines as of yet. Either way, since there's been no marketing and until recently, no market makers, I doubt it would have had a significant impact on volume.
