So basically blockstream made their own liquidnetwork and are convincing alt coins to join onto liquidnetwork which is just a big sql database that select companies take transaction fees on. Justin son/tron is giant scammer so he was easily persuaded to put tron on liquid.

Blockstream will continue to get everything they can on liquid. It's always been their business model from the start. Segwit was disguised as a bitcoin improvement when its only real purpose was to allow liquid network.
