You are somewhat right. The thing is Chainlink has the best "fundamentals" to speculate on. Every other shitcoin over promises and under delivers or doesn't deliver at all. Meanwhile Sergey never hypes anything. Speculators aren't willing to sell low since they see that this project might actually make it to a stage where it will be used and on a massive scale. I think one of the best indicators is it's climbing up in ranks during a bear market and the fact that after it's shoot up to $4, it quickly dumped, but recovered to $2-$3 while other shitcoin moonshots never recover that much at all. What Chainlink has is potential and imo it has everything well done in terms of a good ceo, proffessional team, an advisor like Tom Gosner, Ari Juels and the fact that they are the only serious project to focus on a very known problem.
