It is in price discovery phase. There is too much buy pressure to keep it under $300 much longer. Unlike ETH, it has shown the proclivity to have insane 2X green candles. BSV is in full-on bull despite these small pullbacks, and when it pumps, it will take back all the market cap that were eaten by ETH and then some (similar to LINK). And to answer your question directly, the movements of BTC will dictate the next pump. I think BTC will pump to 10.4K or so in the coming days, and this will elicit a BSV pump.
