What is there to it besides reading white papers and rumors on social media? That can't be it right? Any primers on fundamental knowledge of crypto markets?

overall trend, individual team member background, targets hit relative to market performance, methods of remuneration to development team, fundamental mechanical function of code, regulatory compliance, i could do this all day

increase your scope, OP

know your numbers, know your stats, know your charts. Numbers dont lie. Stats may lie, charts sometimes. Humans always. Knowing when is the case minimizes loses and can signal and oportunities. Never plan more than mid term. Have a goal. Once you make it, exit while you can.

thanks for the tips, that's the idea.

>targets hit relative to market performance

i mean any half decent team says 'we are going to do X at Y time'

if Y is delayed, or X becomes W, these are bad signs. If X lands at Y as planned and the market reacts poorly to a successful development, this is a bad sign

etc

moving averages (any type), macd, Candlestics are a given, Bollinger band, are a good start. Timeseries are next. Stay away from anything neural net related, are useless. Basically, run your numbers from R / SPSS.

thanks. I just looked up R/SPSS and it looks like it's over my head but I'll have to check it out closer later

Is investopedia a good resource? I've looked up some basic definitions in it, and it seems fine, but I'm suspicious of sites that end in "-pedia" lol
