Well LINK hit around $0.60, broke through it's resistance and I knew there was no coming back. So I acquired a measly 2k LINK and now it's basically impossible for me to get a 10k stack.

I quit my job some time ago because I too felt like I should trade crypto. Here is the real redpill for you:
1) there is no need for research. Apart from btc/eth there are almost no worthwhile coins. Sure you see some gems shilled here like xcm/mco/link, but they move very slow and you really only need to take a 5 minute look at a project to know whether it is worthwile or not. All crypto has a 99% correlation anyway.
2) you will not make more money trading crypto. Daytrading is a fucking meme. It is not 2017 and it will never be again. The only trading that is not a meme is trading on longer timeframes, and you only need like 1 hour a week to check charts/trades.
3) put your fucking phone down and talk to your wife
