How to avoid getting anally raped by taxes?
What’s the best setup to get paid and hide money in some shell company offshore which doesn’t track company expenses so that I can just spend all company earnings for myself?

as far as I know the best setup is to incorporate and pay yourself a salary, reinvest gains into the business and then borrow against the value of the business and eventually when you get tired of it sell the biz and pay the capital gains tax instead of income tax over the years.

not sure though, that's just what I do.
