The fundamentally vertical nature of steaking makes that unlikely. The reward for stealing will always be a fixed percentage of the value of the contract (for example a 1 dollar reward from a 100 dollar contract) as the supply of link contracts due to steaking, the amount of link given out as a reward goes down. In the 1 dollar per 100 dollars of contract value, you'd get .3 link as a reward for completing that job right now. When link hits $100 you'd get .01 link as a reward even though your fiat income of $1 would be the same.
