Would the BTC halving be an attack vector?

We dont know how much hash this man has, but we assume he's got more than what is in BSV, considering 60% of BCHs is "unkown". He's stated that he has some hash in BTC aswell.

Imagine colluding with Chinamen to direct 99% of hashpower to btc in the last 2016 blocks, only to leave at once we've halved. This would massively increase difficulty for the next 2016 blocks, while at the same time halving the reward. You could at the same time sell off some BTC, making miners even more unprofitable.

Even without doing anything, that 2016 interval would likely take one month(assuming miners are maximizing profitability today, and in the future).

Is it likely that some hash is hidden in other mining pools, and would just leave after the halvening?

Do they have enough hash/BTC to cause a chain death?

Of course. Just waiting for the right time. First they will extract all the profit from tether-inflated BTC shitcoin with the millions of tulip coins, then they will kill the chain.

BTC hashrate is safe as fuck until 2022, tsmc is so fucking delayed that odds are the newest asics are only in the chinese pro bch miners hand.

Hell even amd is having massive delays in their newest cpus.
