Pay someone that works there to violate a bunch of health codes.
Unplug fridges, turn off water heaters, get rid of all the paper towels, leave dirty sponges on food prep surfaces, etc.
Then call your local health dept/enviro health and report the restaurant as a concerned customer.

I got an Italian place closed because they physically handed parmesan cheese blocks by hand and allowed customers to handle the blocks while self-grating.

Imagine dozens of men women and children handling a piece of cheese and grating that bacteria covered surface into your pasta. That's what was going on for years. I was horrified and filmed it with my phone and put it out on Facebook.

Instead of apologizing and changing things to be more hygienic the owner operator got butthurt and doubled down and insisted it was safe and clean. Then the health inspect found a bunch of other shit wrong with them that they hadn't fixed and fined the shit out of them. The blowback caused their customer base to drop cause they didn't want cheese being handled by fuckers who just went to the bathroom.

Their food was shit too. The "authentic cheese" bullshit was their whole gimmick.
