It's just a dumb pump and dump "game." To claim your airdrop you have to "infect" an address besides your own, and send it a few tokens. The word of mouth generated by the dust attacks sends people to the website, where they have the option to buy the tokens for speculative purposes. Presumably these are the founders asks they're market buying into, and they get to dump the worthless tokens and profit.
