better yet make erc20 that merely uses all its raised funds to build a well weighted diversified book that rebalances made up of global indices, bonds, fiat, commodities with foundation holdings to burn/mint supply to peg to the underlying value - the blue print for actual nwo centralized crypto apart from you get to it first, its basically libra but with decentralized nodes.
