Lawyer here (not family law though). It is probably real. Prenups are easy for a judge to discard under all sorts of pretexts. One absolutely guaranteed one is that child support cannot be negotiated away by either parent before the child's birth because the child isn't being represented when signing a "prenup" discussing child support.

I myself am probably going to marry a foreign (non-American) woman. That alone means that any prenup I get will almost certainly be thrown out because "she didn't understand it", "she was coerced by having to sign it or not get to move to Glorious America", or the very common "you're a man so fuck you."

My marital planning includes putting most assets into irrevocable trusts and Bitcoin. Actually, most of my assets are being inherited or are already Bitcoin, so that kinda takes care of it. Anyone who marries me isn't going to know about most of my personal money, and it isn't possible to break an irrevocable trust. A judge can still fuck me on child support, but most states base that on income.

The no-child-support clause is invalid. Without a clause allowing it to be removed separately from the contract, the rest gets thrown out with it. It was really a no-brainer. This is why you hire a lawyer to write your contracts.
