I came here to post this without the larp. As someone who is most definitely not a CEO, but is in senior leadership exactly 3 positions below the executive level, you don't. Your absolute best bet is to try to reach a recently promoted VP, but even then, good luck. Again I'm well below the levels I'm speaking about, but I have 1 folder with nearly 15K unread emails. You don't progress to those levels by wasting your time reading every email that comes across.
