Airmiles partnership is also turning out to be true and the publicly listed companies still haven't been announced.

Air Miles is only the beginning. Moose posted yesterday about a report from LoyaltyOne which is the company that manages the loyalty points program for Air Miles. They're also Canadian based and wrote a report on the application of blockchain in the industry and why things will shift that way.

This was already brought up numerous times and it's pretty fucking obvious Disney and Airmiles aren't buying XDB off IDEX. Nobody is expecting that. XDB price appreciation will come in the form of liquidity providers sourcing off the open market, node programs, and gas fees.

Digitalbits the company and other third parties will create liquidity pools of tokens that can be given to companies onboarding who can borrow them for a static fee, given the mere fact of adoption will increase the value of the underlying XDB.

Furthermore, for them it's basically a juiced up masternode program if you have a bunch of companies willing to pay you interest on your tokens in fiat, at a good rate of return and which is lower than the cost of deploying similar solutions, with all the benefits that come with using xdb like multihop technology.
