Are you presuming this billionaire has some kind of innate skill for making money? Because I assume you're not asking for things like >>16790614 or to make use of the insider knowledge that he already has preserved despite switching bodies?
Obviously it depends what industry the new body is working in and what skills I had in my billionaire life, I can't answer unless I know who I hypothetically am.
Did I make my billions speculating on oil, or did I own a chain store? Did I import beauty products and then build a large brand once I got established... which is it OP?
