last spring it was proven that tether had "lost" 800M USD of backing, at the time tether Market cap was about 2.8 B
so the gullible retard simply deducted the these 800M were the only one not backed, even tho they never proved backing for the reaming 2B, so 2 out of 2.8 that's where the 0.75 backed garbage come from
they never proved any backing, they only thing they proved is that at least 25% had zero backing
