Hold to increase value. If you burn vs sell then you decrease circulating supply and they will need to hold a community vote in order to approve minting new RSR. Burning will add value into RSV so you essentially are getting a stable dollar vs selling for fiat currency. Obviously you should hold until the bull run actually starts. Burn 5-10% every leg up.
