We are bouncing off support just before we go into the new decade. I wonder what could happen here.

thats not a support line. it can just be redrawn forever. you are using ZERO indicators, thats not TA just stop.

support is below current price where enough longs are confident enough to stay long and not panic-flip into shorts.
resistance is the exact opposite.
enough shorts above current price who will not panic-flip into longs creating a short-squeeze.

There is literally nothing that indicates that. 200 week ma strongly disagrees. Previous halving performance disagree. No TA indicates that. Nothing has fundamentally changed. There has never been a 95% correction. Do you have anything to back you up at all?

the lowest the miners will take it is their cost of production to start another round of weak miner capitulation. that's ~4k for the most efficient miners, and that's only if they see it as benefiting themselves. they might just stay at 6k or stop dumping at 5k.
so say the efficient miners are greedy and dump to 4k. who will take it from 4k to 1k? really? who's dumb enough to capitulate at the bottom give up cheap bitcoin. retail traders don't move the market.
anyone in it is prepared to hold to zero. remember 3k?
there's too many interests too many whales in the game to keep the ponzi running. not going to see 1k for sure.

The only thing I can think of is a black swan event of tether collapse compounded by miner capitulation. That seems like such a remote possibility though.

simultaneous bans (actual laws being passed) on bitcoin from the g20 that prohibit any kind of fiat trading, bitcoin seizures, some sort of hack.. yea that might spook some whales and end the ponzi. hard to see any buyers of last resort in that situation.
even for a tether collapse (all tether pairs removed from all exchanges, no immediate btc inflation) some heroic whales will spike the bottom.
