I'm currently at work. The place is dead and I'm on my phone. I work a generic office job where I shuffle paper between other paper shufflers. It's supposed to be a prestigious graduate job but it's dull.

I'm reading tweets by silicon valley millionaires talking about how important "going fast" is for startups. Meanwhile I do very little for £15 an hour.

I'm also kind of a hack. I don't fully understand what goes on in my job. Nobody really cares though. It's not expected

same here bro, studied law and now sit around all day in that company doing nothing because once in a while save the company much higher legal fees.
i feel more domesticated like a pet, like a good little goy.
other employees don't know what I am good for and my peers disrespect my because I went for the easiest carreer path

chekt. this is life, bro. the truth is our system doesn't even need people constantly "working" these boring dull jobs. but at the same time it does, because it keeps people from organizing politically to overthrow this rotten system.

so just sit around, collect your check, go home and watch netflix dude. this is your life now. forever.

If people actively hinder you from helping them create value

fuck them

create your own value with what you learned.

just about every job is like this though. the only way out of this monotony is becoming a cop or something.
