They are due to get phase 3 under way in Q1 2020. The share price will likely go up. The only thing holding it down from a rational market value is the need to raise more money to finish the trials.

I think a partnership or buyout is far more likely in the next couple months. Dilution makes little sense at these levels.

Take it literally. Consists of small number of atoms. On the other hand, there are proteins, antibodies which consist of 10-100k atoms. They are harder to control, harder to manufacture, could have more unforeseen side effects in general. Also they don't reach their target as effectively, especially in the brain. If you are satisfied with NEETdom and a minimal life of vidya, shitposting, reading, and staying /fit/, a 5% withdrawal rate gives you yearly income of $27k. I sold half on Friday and will sell the other half tomorrow. Then I will wait a few days for a dip to bottom out. Once I see that the dip is swallowing out I will buy.

Dont be surprised if you see a drop of 8% or more during the dip.

Profit will be taken by investors in SAVA, probably tomorrow. You might see a bump in the morning that tempts you to hold. Then without warning people just start selling at some point during the day taking their profits from the run up. If you are not careful to sell early, you could be left a bag holder and down 5 to 10 percent on your investment.

In micro small and midcap biotech stocks, don't get greedy. Be happy with your 150% increase. Sell SAVA, take your profits, and reinvest in it after a dip. People who wait to sell after a good run usually end up screwed.

I think you’re referring to the Qs, ticker QQQ. That’s the standard, and last I checked it was the etf with the most volume and assets under management. It’s the most liquid, and probably the best for trading with options.

If all you’re concerned about is minimizing fees, there might be better options. I heard sofi released some no-fee ones, and someone has negative fees? Like they’ll pay you to manage your money?

I’m partial to Schwab’s ETFs, I can be pretty sure they’ll be managed well and aren’t going to have to close, and they trade for very very low fees. SCHK is their top 1000 etf, so it’s more diversified than the Nasdaq 100. Maybe you don’t like that though.

They have a SPAC shell company that's already on the NYSE as $DEAC, which jumped 20% last week on the news. For me AMRN is not just another stock. Some people just go "hey if I make money great, if I don't oh well" Which is fine and to be honest that's the right way to go about it. I do our taxes each year. This is how it works. Each year during Tax season the brokerage will send you (or you can download it) a summary of all your trades. This summary is also sent to the IRS. Each important bit that needs to go on the tax forms is marked. You just fill in the "blanks" on the tax forms as needed. Same way you input your W-2 information or any interest income earned on savings. A key thing to remember is to don't rush into doing your taxes right away. Sometimes the brokerage likes to do late minute updates to your summary. So if you do your taxes and they do this update then you have to file an updated return.
