the owners were ... inexperienced, but kind. Imagine a lot of 20 year olds that had six figure incomes.

The bonuses were good, and they even had all the employees over for Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas to do a secret santa thing. When the company grew and they couldn't handle XX amount of people at their house, they passed out $100 gift cards for a local grocery store so everyone could get a nice Thanksgiving dinner.

Long term, I wasn't involved but I've observed that they've moved far away from the "furry" scene and made themselves more mainstream by participating in AVN awards, etc. Good move, IMO.

I'm pretty sure they'll never be a public company. But if they do, I'll put everything I have towards them.
