I grew up around money, really wealthy people (50+ m networth) would talk about a lot of surprisingly normal boring shit like food and sports. The big difference was when they took work calls and clearly speaking with a 130+ iq and type a personalities. Or were working at 11pm on friday night while their son and I were playing ps2.

Upper class optimism/sociopathy is really something else. Blue collar rich I can understand, but white collar upper class creep me out

If they got rich by being massive cunts or just inherited, they often boast and shit talk everyone, especially if they have no skills and fail at everything. If they just act rich, they will buy every bullshit and shiny crap they see to impress others. Rich people who worked for their shit rarely buy fancy expensive stuff. I can't stand being around senior management, which in my firm is upper middle class although obviously not insane tier rich.
