i did it bros. i finally smoked my last ANYTHING of weed. just had my last bowl, packed everything up and threw it out in the garbage. its been 5 years of smoking everyday, and im finally willing to stick to be done for good. fucking tired of wasting my days constantly thinking of rolling up to smoke one. i want my old brain back. anyone else out there wanting to quit, this is the time. new year. new decade. new goals. new everything. lets get it biz bros.

Don't tell anyone you goals and do them in silence. The minute you feel gratification from someone telling you good job on quitting, you'll slowly move backwards. Gl Anon

Good job senpai I quit last year and it's the best decision I've ever made in my life. I wish I could go back in time and force myself to quit earlier. It was fun for like a year in the dorms with my buddies but after we moved out and got an apartment there was no more thrill of going outside and avoiding security guards to smoke weed. We had a steady dealer and didn't have to go out on the town to find a plug every weekend.

I had the most fun I'd had in my life the first year I smoked weed and made many friends through just being a stoner. This was a godsend for me as I had no friends in high school and was always too awkward to socialize. When everyone around me was baked I didn't feel anxious at all and I used this as a crutch for many years which resulted in me wasting a large part of my 20s doing nothing but playing videogames I couldn't remember playing a week later and watching nature documentaries with friends I had nothing in common with outside of smoking a plant

Now I'm sober and a little less miserable and trying to find my little slice of happiness in this world all by myself without Mary Jane and alcohol

I went 7 months without to get clean for a job. Pussied out then got a job anyways . Weed is great you just have to find ways to make it more healthy for your lungs. Water bong/ hemp wick for cleanest burn

good job fren, im in a very similar situation to you. in my mid 20s and this has taken up too much of my youth away and given my some shitty ass bags under my eyes. i find myself passing people on the streets who look like they just use drugs and it scares me how terrible they look compared to just normal fit people. the time to have had fun is over and its time to just enjoy the world for what it is.

It gets really easy after not smoking for a few months. I still have had urges to smoke in the past but have hated every time I've broken my streak. I always end up eating way too much, fapping excessively, and just all around wasting my day and I feel bad for it. I think I enjoyed smoking more when I had a tolerance already running and could just smoke to calm down, get a mild high, and relax whereas now it's just too intense every time.

I know I had a lot of success using hemp flower when I was first quitting. I didn't realize how relaxing I found just the act of rolling a joint and smoking something until I first tried going without it. Try out tweedle farms they have some pretty good hemp flower

I'm clean one month and 3 weeks now after blazing daily for years and even blazing those thc carts daily

Don't even miss it in the slightest. I'm also a week clean from alcohol now and just elevating myself to monk tier discipline.

>> No.16671187

That's funny, finishing my last .3 or so and then I'm done for some time. I'm 30 and weed has been involved in my life one way or another since I was about 10. Despite this and my very heavy usage over the course of my life, I'm not a total fuck up and have a steady career. I just want the money for more investments, and to see what lifes like without it. I've quit before for long periods of time so I'm not worried.

>> No.16671195

I had to quit for a job
And whilst I'm rich now, got a nice gf etc

I'm fucking bored. I lost all my friends who are still stoners and smoke up regularly.

I think weed is an amazing drug and stoner culture is fun and awesome. I hope it's legalised here soon to make life more bearable.

So fucking bored. Money really isn't everything. I was arguably happier when I was working in a fast food job and had no responsibilities

Bro, Tweedle Farms is the shit for real. Organic hemp at good prices, often discounts and holiday sales. You also get lab tested profiles and reviews from other consumers and free shipping if you get 45 bucks worth. On top of all the other positives you also get a legal notice included in each package explaining that Trump legalized it, you can hand over to lawmen that try to fuck with your shit to tell them to fuck right off m8

Shits cash. Puts you in a unique headspace if you are a creative. Treat it like you do alcohol, stick to weekends and special occasions. Don't engage with weed culture, don't push it on others, and don't burn until you've finished everything for the day.

>> No.16671789

This.

Having priorities and responsibilities done first Is key. I am like a retarded ape that doesn't know what the fuck it is doing when trying to go after an objective while stoned out of my gourd. I could kind of stay on task by listening to chill music I am familiar with whilst, but still relatively lower efficiency vs sober state of mind.

So full clear of your to dos, put first things first. Have discipline. When everything is actually done and then you settle for a blaze, it is so much more recreational having no pressure to do anything, it is all out of the way.

It is the way frens.

I smoked daily for 10 years. I quit in 2015

After that I have smoked only twice when I was drunk as hell and someone offered me a joint, few puffs.

Still after 4+ years weed free I still miss it. I will always be addicted to marihuana, it was the only drug on which I did not feel depressed
