if i saved like $20k, couldn't i use it to buy some stocks that dropped very low (like the ceo said 'nigger' or something), and then sell them when the price goes up again a few minutes/hours/days later.

if i repeat it multiple times, with a decent profit and low risk each time like only buying microsoft/apple/samsung/walmart/mcdonalds, etc, i should be able to make a million dollars easily right?

is this legal?
what is the catch?
why is everyone not just doing this instead of working?

But that's not the /biz/ way, you have to buy high sell low

but what if i only pick necessary capitalist companies that the entire west depends on?

if walmart or mcdonalds collapsed i would probably have bigger problems than losing 20k, like a nuclear war.
