Have you ever done a martial art? Getting humbled in BJJ certainly isn't boring. That is a lot more social engagement that mere lifting at the gym. Train for a tournament.

Learning piano, or learning to create anything, was one of the best things for me. Still learning but all it takes is 15m a day for a year. It was really frustrating at the start but I cant imagine going back. I even sell simple 30 second chord loops to other 'producers' since a huge chunk in the rap space do not want to learn how to actually play music and will pay for them.
