Ftm may very well launch opera with tps in the 50k range to start. I actually.think it will be much higher. But the tech needs to be perfected and upgraded.

New VM slated to release in 2020 will be a great improvement. Also improvements on node connectivity and work distribution will also bring significant improvement.

You frame the 300k tps completely wrong, as I said above and furthermore, as with any other crypto project, it is a work in continuous development which will continue to see upgrades and will make the tps close to 300k. The most exciting thing about fanto though is the 0.7s finality.
