anon you sound like you're stuck in depersonalization. The world sucks and it's an ugly place when you keep telling yourself it is instead of just doing even the most boring shit. One day you will take it for granted. Everything from doing the dishes to strolling down the street. Are you accomplished? Have you done drugs? Or are you just feeling like there's nothing to live for because you don't want to be just another cog in the machine?

Go outside and do normal things and shut out the thoughts that make those normal things seem boring. People get bored easily when they think too much about how pointless it is to do simple shit. One thing at a time and one day at a time. You'll come across people online or offline that understand you. Set goals for yourself big or small.
