I do similar.

Eat lots of kimchi and drink kombucha. Real lacto-fermented pickles. Kraut. Real fish sauce. All that stuff is great for your immune system and keeps you feeling really good.

I even let a guy with full blown AIDS raw dog me as a test and I’m not detectable. Done that like 6 times no issues.

I read somewhere that vaccinated people are virus carriers just that the symptoms don’t show that’s how they and infect other they still come to work infected and infect others vaccinated or not. I think only a strong immune system can help not vaccines.
