So how does one earn good money online in 2020?

Which things are officially dead now or oversaturated? And which are not?

Here are my thoughts of what is DEAD in 2020:
> web design / homepages
oversaturated unless sites for big companies, because of sites where every normie can create a nice flashy website / blog / company page with little coding skills means less jobs for web devs unless they are big projects

> youtubers / influencers
Maybe in some certain small niches that aren't targeted at kids (thanks to COPPA) you can still make it, but generally - no

> fitness
This niche has been oversaturated to death. Everyone who did a cycle of roids is offers "coaching" services now and considers themselves a fitness influencer. Bodybuilding and fitness in general has been oversaturated.

Honestly, maybe combined with influencer videos and promoted products - maybe doable, but nobody is reading squidoo articles with affiliate links and "Top 5 Gout Relief Cures" that is for sure.

Depends. With all the cool and normie-friendly game engines like Unity, Glados, GameMaker etc...everyone can make a game now. Apps are overflooding the AppStore and you really need to push heavy marketing to get any attention. App development like it was in 2011 is not there anymore.

I guess CPA and paid marketing using Facebook ads still works?

I guess influencer marketing works (paying Insta idiots to promote your products).

I personally am learning Unity to create a specific app, but I'm doing this only because I know how original the idea is and really want to make an initial test version. I have the funds to actually hire programmers to make full version, artists, etc...so I think it could be a doable product, but if you want to make a "successful game" on your own, good luck!

Honestly, I'm just taking myself as an example.

I see myself as average normie noob sheep.

So when I can easily learn coding / html in codeacademy and make simple websites I know this skill is useless.

When I go to wordpress admin panel and see how convenient and easy everything is and how easy it is for me to work - I know this skill is unsellable, because I can manage it. So if a dumbass like me can do it, anyone can.

The only way I managed to make money over years was:
1) Being lucky
2) Scamming
3) Knowing the right people and being friendly with them

So basically I write it off to luck and lack of morals.
