is anyone thinking about parking some/most of their cash position in (unleveraged) gold derivatives?

the Not-QE thing looks like it's bailing out banks in a magnitude larger than the 2008 recession. Crash tinfoil aside, I think that the money the fed is printing fundementally devalues every dollar in circulation. So a gold position would be an inflation shield for a would-be cash position.
Thoughts?

Got some good names for you fags:

ET and TCO.

ET is a midstream energy company that also owns Sunnoco gas stations. Shit pays a 10% divi and there's next to nothing wrong with it except declining energy prices. They have a number of projects coming online in the near future and should be able to double earnings and their divi when they do.

TCO is Taubman centers, which owns class A malls in the US and Asia. They are awesome managers of real estate (have not had to raise equity since their IPO) and their divi is 8%. If you can wait out the noisebon trade, Hong Kong, and the rEtAiL aPoCaLyPsE this is probably one of the best positioned mall REITs out there.

Yeah. I know these aren't exciting, but they're solid companies trading on the cheap and you can get some awesome compounding out of them.

Amazon’s got twitch, google is trying this stadia thing (lol) and the incel virgin masses are growing. They need things to do. They like gaming.

The only games these zoomers are playing are "see who can get the highest leverage on Robinhood" and "try to avoid getting a real job". You want profit generating video games, you have to look overseas. BILI.
All the money in the video game scene right now is ad money. All the twitch money is based on selling ads for things like keyboards and chairs, State farm insurance and that one Amazon prime TV show that they're trying to get people to watch. That money could dry up a little bit, ads can only go so far. From where I'm sitting it looks like we're in a bit of an advertisement bubble across the tech ecosystem. All this money is being spent to plaster ads onto every last inch of screen. It can only go so far. Once spending slows down, ad revenues start to fall and then you get a big old feedback loop

Can someone explain to me why you shouldn't just sell options contracts on obviously bottomed out stocks? I don't see how you could lose... how often does a $10 stock for a brand around 30+ years really go below $2-3? How am I getting fucked by (((them))) here?

Can someone explain to me why you would buy into europe at all when the three stooges Italy spain and greece could crash the euro at any moment? Just because fundamentals are rebounding in France the eurozone tanking would probably crash their markets too right, I'm not insane in thinking that? My favorite analyst has recently increased his european exposure heavily solely based on growth rebounds in France and slight german upticks, but I disagree with that because the rest of the eurozone is still shit, would it be a mistake to not invest in them?

China has told America that they won't agree to a Phase 1 deal unless all tariffs are removed.

Then they stated it publicly.

Now America has made public their response.

Absolutely positively correct, BUT it does work to discredit the theory that the planes crashes because of excess melanin in the cockpit.

Boeing is to blame, despite any racial handicaps. Really, BA has done more to harm GDP this year than people realize.

We need to get Lockheed to design some commercial airliners instead. Maybe with some LHX communications equipment.
