Convince me why going into stocks or bonds is profitable if you have less than $20K to invest. As I see it’s not at all profitable and a waste of time with low yield. I also feel that everything is at the top and would go down if you invested alongside your money. You also have to pay $10 fees per transaction and quarterly fees on a direct investing account. It doesn’t seem rationale to me to go in atm. Also I don’t see the logic in putting your cash in a savings account with low interest rates plus the chance of your bank getting wiped out and taking your savings along with it.

Robinhood

Learn what an FDIC insured account is. You get better yields these days off USDC on coinbase though.

You have to trade and can’t stay inactive or you get charged a fee. Also most millennials and zoomies on robin hood are losing money because they’re retarded. It’s just funny trusting a random online brokerage rather than a bank unironically.

>FDIC
We don’t have that here in Canada. Only deposit accounts are insured I think.

You are completely right.

Stocks are a fix to keep anyone without pre-existing significant capital from participating, and anyone without inside info from succeeding.

Look at hedge fund returns, these guys are supposed to be the brightest on Earth, and even they can't match the S&P.

Accept now that everytime someone posts a chart with some fancy lines on it, they are just as well informed as people who post "WINNING LOTTO SYSTEM, HOW TO PICK WINNING NUMBERS" videos on YouTube.

DYOR retard.

You can be profitable investing in stocks with only $50 if you know what you're doing. Bonds aren't worth a fuck however, if you don't have at least 100k.

Boring, they offer certain long term profit but it's more exciting doing stocks because green days offer dopamine. Basically it's like gambling except you can do some research and it's less risky of you don't use meme /biz/ stocks
