You can't even read price action.
The first coil happen to be in a hot-spot, where multiple median lines and vectors converge (I removed them for clarity), the second one is in minor hot-spot.
So, the price is going downwards, coiling up in the 1st hot-spot, and continues downward then consolidates, expands briefly and coils up in the next hot-spot, uncovering bearish bias, or low-frequency downward move if you prefer.
