I worked my ass off to get a job as sales coordinator in raw materials importing business. That took me 5 years to get in. Very low starting salary.
Then worked my ass off to get promotions then at 26 left to start own similar business with boss using the contacts developed in that industry.
Then invested . After reading nearly every recommended serious investment book I could find. I only invested in markets that had recently bottomed. Shares / property/ bonds. And sold and took profits when I saw them hyped or over bought.
By age 29 was still 10k in debt .

If not a LARP I have been in exactly this position a few times. Although I shit my pants at first , I got into mountain biking / motorcycle track biking , powerlifting and surfing. The sense of fulfilment in confronting fear was so rewarding and I met chicks I didn’t have to pay to fuck.

Yes I do. But the Fed and other central banks keep doing QE and lowering “real” interest rates to negative. the market could well keep going up but it’s 10 years now (longest ever) and 400% vs GDP growth over same time period of about 30% max.
