1- Go to events with VC and startups. Listen and observe carefully how they act and what they talk about.
2- When you are ready to play your CEO role perfectly, go to a tech meet-up and chat with the guys there. Don't talk about you or your startup idea, just let them talk about themselves and act interested.
3- Make a shortlist of 3/4 guys very good in what they do, and see them regularly for a month : trendy bars, night club, show them the life they can have around you
4- Look into your LinkedIn network and find 30 something mba guys in a dying or boring sector like traditional media, retail, investment banking.
5- Go out with both guys, and repeat step 3 for a month but this time switch more and more to daytime activities and make them talk about ideas.
If you follow that plan you should have :
- a team
- money to start the business thanks to your 30 something friend
- a pitch for a startup to disrupt a dying sector
- a story for VCs to get your first seed round
Now you have to work a bit, network all day, master your pitch, do morning stand up meeting with your 2 guys who do all the work, join an accelerator...
Your startup will fail, but it's not important. The real plan is now to become a serial entrepreneur. You'll get a VP job at a boring company to be an intrapreneur. People will run after you to become their co-founder / advisor / board member. And at some point, you'll find a very good team and work again for a big fat paycheck this time.
