I had the same realization once I started having these life experiences, but I understand OP’s feeling. When I was at that point, living in near total isolation, no contact besides family, I got really hung up on the idea of having those experiences, even just once Sure once I had them I stopped caring and just wanted to be a neet again, but that feelings is very hard to get rid of once you have it. If there was one thing I could tell my friendless, virgin self who had never been to a party, I’d tell him to acknowledge the feeling but invest in myself. Oddly the less I felt the feeling the more those experiences came to me.
Start running, not on concrete (knees), lifting a bit, not obsessively. Learn hoe to cook good healthy food, also read the book how to win friends and influence people, forget the title but it’s by dale carnegie (the first self help book, and actually useful). Main point is to ask people questions about themselves, people like to talk about themselves. Make people feel good about themselves. I read it when I was about to leave isolation, and applied it and now people literally say I’m the life of the party. Get fif, eat well, take care of your soul, be easy on yourself and then when good things happen they will be pleasant surprises that came your way because you maximized your potential.

I’m in this position now, go back to my first and a woman who I was genuinely happy with, or look for greener pastures.
