I'm an extremely lonely turbo-autist with a lot of link and I haven't left the house in 2 weeks.
I'm going insane bros (I don't normally post) and I'm craving some human interaction. There's a crypto meet up in my local town in a couple of weeks and I'm thinking of going. Is this a good idea or is this a security risk to my privacy and coins? Will I get tortured for my private key? Is this a mistake? Have any of you gone to these meetups? Do they record your name and address?

The best strategy is to attack first. Rob them before they rob you.

Make friends with your mailman. Invite him in your house

Yeah, but act like you don’t have shit. Say that you heard about ripple on cnn and was wondering if there was other crypto.
Then have people teach you.

Have spare clothes in a backpack and change in a subway station or something when it's over. Make sure you have a plastic bag to hide the backpack after.
Don't bring your phone.

This. Or better yet say you’re all in BSV, people will leave you alone

Yes, it's a huge risk. Go to some other kind of meetup instead if you really want to.
