Miners set the bottom of btc
In 2017 number 3k floated around as the price miners need to make minimal profit. it didn't go below that
Miners are also speculators and are balls deep in this game, if they would quit mining and break btc in effect, it would be like a career suicide for them. Additionally, the less people are mining, the higher are the rewards, so if some miners do quit others will pick up the slack.
Miners are the ones who can fuck bitcoin, not SEC or csw, but miners will not fuck bitcoin as it is in their interests to keep it alive
