Story time:

When I was a Lieutenant I came across contractors that train SF and the like they're called "Gryphon Group" and it was owned by a former 2 star General. And not surprising he is able to win millions of dollars of contracts by the US Government.

Other than sucking dick and getting into an oldboy's club there has to be another way.
