If a company can't maintain an adequate price to remain trading on a major stock exchange they will be delisted and trade as pink sheets aka over the counter stocks. Not being traded on a real exchange makes them weird and sketch af basically, you have to rely on quotes to determine their value. Also I'm playing with a new indicator that I may use as my primary sell siren. Qualitative Quantitative Estimation (MT4 version). Right off the hop I like it better than my current, which is stochastic RSI but with wildly different settings than default. My problem with the modified Stoch RSI is it would occasionally tell me to sell right in the middle of a strong bullish trend and no amount of increasing the period length was able to prevent that while maintaining the valid signals in the process.

Speaking of which the thing I love the most about tradingview is the community indicators. People have programmed all sorts of stuff and some of it ain't half bad at all.

Here are some more practical solutions:
If you're a neet, I would suggest working a wagie job, even minimum wage is fairly high depending on which state you live in desu. If you're not a NEET and you already have a job but are barely scrapping by, I would suggest looking at finding a niche community and filling a void there anon. Communities can be extremely lucrative.
Hope that helps, anon. And since your starting with around $175 I would suggest playing it safe. As you make money from the methods I told you about you can invest more into other stocks. But stick with something like Microsoft, and with the left over money buy YEXT or Amarin. Again, just play it safe for now until you get a handle on things. Even if Microsoft, YEXT, or Amarin go down 3% in a day, don't panic sell because that will lock in your losses. Better to wait a week and a half after a large loss that came out of no where because usually losses like that will recover over a period of 1 to 2 weeks.

Those are all bearish moves someone can make.

For any anons looking to try it, I'd recommend short selling. This article explains it clearly:

The goal is to re-buy those shares of stock at a lower price in the future and then return the borrowed shares to the lender. Short sellers are hoping they can profit off of the difference between the proceeds from the short sale and the cost of buying back the shares, referred to as short covering.
So you barrow the shares from a broker and sell them basically immediately, and then you buy the same amount of shares at the lower price later on and return it to the original broker. You're just making money on the difference.

Selling a call or buying a put are probably the more popular choices though.

Most of their operating cashflows are being invested into FMCG. Basically everyday consumer products like chips, biscuits, frozen foods, chocolates, perfumes etc. Much of India's growth is consumer driven growth so good place to invest. Plus the govt. has cut tax rates massively. Do note that you will have to be patient. This is a long term story. The stock price hasn't moved in 5 years. My family has held the company for decades.

I can get around 6% in my bank deposit, 7.5% with fixed deposits or upto 12% in govt bonds(all local currency). Subtract that with 3.5% to get rates in USD.

Reckless. It has caused a huge slowdown in the economy, but India long term is a consumer bull run. Even in the worst slowdown in the last 10 years, ITC delivered a 6% volume growth and 35% net profit growth.

Look 20 years back India was almost a fully commie country, with 95% taxation for the rich. You can't expect change overnight, Modi or not. It'll take time. Most of Indian growth will be in consumer spending. Per capita income is growing in double digits on average for the last few years. I own consumer stocks or proxy consumer stocks in India and Google/Facebook in US.

Gaming has exploded so has social media like TikTok. Both are only restricted to mobile. Nintendo doesn't even officially sell Switch in India. You have to buy it from importers.

In India software = mobile. Everyone has extremely cheap LTE(I pay 1$/month for unlimited LTE, calling, SMS) and Chinese mobile phones(likes of Oppo, Xiaomi, Oneplus).

I own ITC, Syngene(pharma contract outsourcing company), Thyrocare(diagnostics company with asset lite business model) and Cera(toilet making company that has had explosive growth kek). There are some wonderful businesses in consumables but they are trading at insane valuations. I like Titan and Asian Paints too but they are trading at 70-80 P/E. Look at Diageo and Unilever. You can buy them in US/UK market. A large amount of their growth is from developing markets like India.

To add consumer banks are doing very well. Bajaj Finance is growing at 50% for the past 10 years or so. HDFC also doing very well. But I don't understand financials so don't buy them. My family portfolio has HDFC bank in large quantities. Family portfolio is managed by my grandpa.
