I had a wakeup call today, my spending is getting out of control and I'm trying to rope it back in

I wrote out a weekly budget

Week 1
Phone bill 35$
gas 15$
Food 20$
Savings 50$
Total Essential Weekly Expense 120$

Week 2

Gym Membership 28$
Gas 15$
Will 20$
Savings 50$
Total Essential Weekly Expense 113$

Week 3
Gas 15$
Food 20$
Rent 100$
Total Essential Weekly Expense 135$

Week 4
Car insurance 57$
Gas 15$
Savings 50$
Total Essential Weekly Expense 122$

Monthly Total 490$

Notes

Gas budget will fluctuate with work schedule, busy work weeks will use more but will pay for themselves

technically I have the budget part worked out, how do I build the discipline needed to stick to it?

Also I know rent is super low, I'm lucky enough to still live with my mom who only wants a % of my paycheck as opposed to a flat rate because I'm stuck working part time in this god forsaken shithole state

Holy shit this post made me retarded.
Move out of mommy's house, increase your income. If you seriously struggle with less than 500/mo in expenses you should consider euthernasia.

Two part time jobs then. You’ll have less time to spend on dumb shit.

I see. So how does the entire state of Michigan operate when 'season' is over? How do people eat, build, create, ship, drive, clean, or do business when nobody is working?
You're a self-depricating sack of shit and that needs to change before you worry about splitting literal pennies.
