Sup biz.

Not new to crypto and blockchain in general, but new to coding, programming, the technical side of blockchain, etc. I'm one of the retards who just buys whatever the nerds on here say to buy.

But now I want to at least learn the basics of coding and have an idea of how and why it works.

If you can code, what do you suggest for somebody who's a newfag as fuck. What language do you suggest for somebody who has general knowledge and interest in blockchain?

but for what purpose? if you're looking for a job good luck. unless you know someone go to a top school with honors it's hard getting a programming job. They all go to indian immigrants that do it for 20k a year

if you want to learn it just to make something you want, then I suggest starting with basics from youtube videos. If you like gaming, then learn coding through making projects with a game engine. that's the best way to use concepts you learn in a tangible product and it's a lot of fun

I'm a full time options and futures trader. I'm most interested in developing an algo that will trade for me. There's an end goal to create an app that does this as well.

start with netbeans, after you have experience using functional c++ development you can move up to full stack and front end blockchain dev. Good luck op.
