Your pic is a good point. Affirmative action definitely gives blacks an easier time. After that though everyone is on a level playing field. Not sure how it works int he US, but here in britbong land, all medics from all schools are ranked against each other and you end up in 'deciles'. Top 10% scoring = 1st decile, next 10% = 2nd decile etc. If a doctor is qualified, then he's as good as any other. Would be interesting to see the dropout rates by race/MCAT scores though

In the context of medicine, there literally is a need for diversity for a very, very, very simple reason. Do you want to live in a ghetto and take a severe paycut? Ghettos need doctors and how many of you guys would willingly sacrifice your higher standards of living for the betterment of mankind?

This situation is indeed racist at face value. But it's a necessary evil. And you're putting too much stock into GPAs anyways. People can be trained well depending on how genuine and strong their motivation for the subject is.

Bullshit. Even if you specialized in something like plastic surgery or brain surgery, you're not gonna be a millionaire these days under 40. Stop larping, little brain.
The days of "Get MD...???...Profit!" are long gone. You'll be wealthy IF you practice in the right areas, with the right practice, or become highly desireable for specific, high cost surgery, like doing heart operations on babies. The average MD will be upper class, but between college debt, insurance, and the cost of running a practice is so high now, you're gonna work your ass ragged until you're 50.
If you go into medicine, you'll fail. Period. You have to want to do it. Most of your clients will be old, fat people, who you get to tell they're gonna die because they have inoperable cancer. Most of your patients will hate you. The insurance companies will hate you. The government will hate you. The medical profession has the highest rates of drug and alcohol abuse. It's stress, extremely long hours, costs and arm and a leg to get in, get schooling, do a residency, and then start a practice. "Oh, just go work for a hospital then" - then it's even lower pay, more stress from politics, and even more malpractice suits because some poo died and his family is suing the entire hospital and staff with their poo cousin lawyer (who also cheated to get his law degree) and wastes so much of your time you end up spending most of your time in your office, doing paperwork, instead of dealing with patients.
"Be a doctor", they said, "You'll be rich!". They're assholes who don't know what the fuck they're talking about. Those days are long gone. Rock star doctors might make a lot of money, but the middle of the pack doctors make less than Facebook management. Most of you NEETs? You won't even get through getting a bachelors, let alone getting into med school.
