Nty, they burned a part of the noncirculating supply.
Stellar is still an overvalued shitcoin and they will still have like 30 bil to drop on your heads.
All they said was we'll be giving less of it away for free so essentially stellar just got made significantly more centralized than it already was.

What they should have done was announce they they were going to burn a majority of their holdings lets say 01/12/2019. This would lead to natural speculation and might have revived the money snake if they followed it up with other good things.
Bringing out news like they have done right now is just causing a single big pump with retards fomoing in and trying to get out before it collapses again like one of those pyramid scam games that used to get spammed here.

I don't know who the fuck does their marketing and community outreach but he should be fired on the spot.
